| I met Michael Spring of 2002 while out with girlfriends; We talked, shared a drink, and he gave me his card to call. I never called because I hesitate when I meet men in bar(s). A few months later we met up again while out and he didn't remember me; Again, he gave me his numbers and again I did not call. The third time, August 23, 2003, we met up again and he again did not remember me; This time I didn't even want to talk to him. He told me he wanted to take me to dinner and offered his number again; I told him I already had his numbers and obviously did not call him. As me and my girlfriend were leaving the place, we stopped in the ladies room and the hostess came in to ask if a Dawn was in the ladies room. I said yes, and she said our table was ready. We went out to find Michael had a table in the dining room and wanted to buy us dinner. We had dinner, conversation and he asked that I call him the next day for dinner. I had no intention of calling, but the next morning my girlfriend called to ask if I had called him; I said no and was not going to. After 2 hours on the phone with her, I said "All right, I'll call. But it's just dinner." I was supposed to call at 11:00 A.M. so he could make reservations, but I didn't call until 2:00. He made reservations at Ruth Chris and I intended to go have dinner, knock his socks off, and make him regret for forgetting me 3 times. Well, long story short, he was persistent without being pushy and vowed never to forget me again. On October 26, 2002 he made dinner reservations and told me he wanted to take me somewhere that I might want to have our wedding reception when I said yes to marrying him. He took me to the Inn at Chester and when we went in, everyone knew him and rolled out the red carpet. We were escorted through the dining room and up the stairs to the loft. There was one table set for 2 with a dozen white roses, champagne, and a card. He didn't say a word, but handed me the card which I couldn't read because of the dim lighting. I opened it up hoping the inside was larger; The card read: Will you marry me? Love Michael. I shook my head back and forth because I couldn't believe what I was reading; He was handing the ring across the table and he interpreted my head shaking to be no. He said "Are you saying no?" And I said "No, Yes, No". At the same time, the waitress was coming up the stairs, took one look at me saying "no" and shaking my head, and Michael saying "Are you saying no?" and bolted down the stairs. No, became yes, I cried, he cried, and our wedding date is August 23, 2003 - One year from our 3rd meeting. We have adapted the "3's the Charm".
