Contestant's Name: Aimee Entered on 10/23/2003 12:41:12 PM We had rented a gorgeous house in New Hampshire for the weekend with 3 of our friends. Saturday night, we were all carving pumpkins at the kitchen counter when my fiance, Rich, decided that he would turn it into a contest, with him being the judge. So, he took each of our pumpkins to the porch as we finished, with none of us being allowed to peek at the other pumpkins. Finally after waiting for what seemed like an eternity, he let us walk around the porch from the back of the house to look at the pumpkins. We all walked around, but did not see our pumpkins. In their place were five pumpkins, with the words AIMEE WILL YOU MARRY ME carved into each of the pumpkins! I could not believe it and was in total shock. I found out later he also had the video camera set up out there to record the whole thing. It was so touching for him to have done it in such a beautiful place, with some of our closest friends there to share the experience.
